Yes, sorry about the delay on this.
If the token has permissions for multiple zones, this code will only purge one zone derived from the current website.
It doesn’t loop through all zones/websites in the Cloudflare account.
However, if your website is a subdomain, the code can proactively retrieve data back to the root domain. This means sub.example.com can purge the entire cache of the example.com zone, affecting all subdomains sharing that zone.
Each child site will have their own configuration settings in path admin.php?page=ManageSitesCacheControl&id={{child_ID}}
