Disabling a must-use plugin

I recently migrated to a new host and started using MainWP.
It appears that there are two must-use plugins installed on many of the sites that are remnants of the previous hosting company.
Is it possible, using MainWP, to alter those plugins to no longer be set to must-use?

When I attempt to disable the plugins via MainWP it doesn’t work. I suspect it is because they are flagged as must-use.

Plugins cannot be made no longer must-use using MainWP.

Something like that needs to be done directly via FTP or using a web host control panel, by moving them out of the “mu-plugins” directory.
