I’m getting “Error reporting data” when previewing and downloading PDF for a single site (all other sties are working). Verified that the child plugin and reports plugin are installed on this site. The site syncs correctly and I’m able to install plugins, manage wordfence, etc so the link/account is setup correctly.
Any other troubleshooting recommendations?

Can you please go the Child Site in question, to the WP Admin > Settings > MainWP Child > Child Reports page, and see if there are any entries for the time period you are trying to create the report for?
If so, do any of the entries appear to be corrupted in any way?
And can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.

Nothing seems to be corrupted but there’s a ton of records (so maybe it’s just timing out trying to sift through all this). Looks like these are firing every CRON cycle (every 1 min)

You are running an outdated version of Pro Reports, so please first update to the latest version so we can eliminate that as a potential issue.
After that, considering you have 300 000 entries in the Child Reports plugin, can you try setting the time period in the report to just one day and see if you can generate a preview then?
Also, can you check for how many days you are keeping the logs, and are they being kept indefinitely?
I’ve got logs set to be kept 100 days as I’m running reports quarterly.
Updated the pro reports plugin. No change on the quarterly timeframe but using a day, or even 2 weeks does work so it looks like it’s just the number of records its having to comb through. I’ll have to dig into where all those entries are coming from and do some cleanup.
