Is anyone able to make updates to sites via the iThemes Security Extention?
Anything that I try to do doesn’t work, it’s like it’s not connecting to the site at all, see the attached here: Dropbox
What might be wrong?
Thanks,
Sol

Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
![]()
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
Hi Bojan, here it is.
Just a heads up, there is no feedback of any kind when clicking the button so it didn’t seem like anything was copied by clicking it. I ended up clicking it a few times thinking it wasn’t working.
Anyway, please let me know what you find.
Thank you, ![]()

Thanks for the system report.
We weren’t able to reproduce the issue on our test systems.
Looking at your system report, the MainWP iThemes Security extension is out of date, so please try updating it to the latest v4.1.3 and see if that helps.
Also, make sure that the iThemes Security and MainWP Child plugins are up to date on all of your Child Sites.
If that doesn’t help, try temporarily deactivating all non-MainWP plugins on the Dashboard and see if that resolves the issue.
Hi Bojan, I’ll try that, thanks for the idea.
A bunch of my extensions are outdated and they’re not showing up as updates in the wp admin area.
I assumed they’re all up to date and wouldn’t have even thought of checking that since nothing is showing otherwise.
Any reasons or ideas as to why the extensions aren’t showing when updates are available?
Thanks, talk soon
Your system report indicates that the licenses for MainWP Extensions, except for the Advanced Uptime Monitor, are inactive. That would be the reason why you are not getting notified about the available updates forthem.
Please follow the instructions in these help documents to Activate and Update your extensions:
