I have uploaded my logo for in the header of my Pro Report. when I click on Preview in MainWP I see the logo displayed nicely in the report, but when I mail or download the report (pdf) the logo is gone.
Any idea how this is possible? What am I doing wrong?

Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Status → Server, on the top right of the page.

Disabling Wordfence Login does not help.
I also see that emails from the MainWP dashboard send to me, do not show the MainWP logo. It seems thaere is a problem with sending images in general?

I don’t think that there is a problem with sending images, I think that there is some security rule on your dashboard that blocks images from loading (loading from external requests).
Do you have HTTP Basic Authentication set on your dashboard site? Are there any custom security rules in the .htaccess on the site?
I have these rules in .htaccess:

HTTP Basic Authentication is not set on my dashboard.

I moved back from local hosting to Cloudways hosting yesterday. For now, the problem seems to be solved

If you were hosting locally, then the images were probably pointing to local files as well, that are not available in the email or pdf.
yes, @josklever is absolutely right. If files are hosted locally, these files are not available for external traffic.
