Hi, I’m trying to send reports to my clients with Pro Report Extension. I don’t get any error but the emails are not being delivered. I checked posts here with the same kind of problem, but everything is configured correctly.

Can you verify that the WordPress installation is able to send emails? You can try using one of the email testing plugins e.g. WP Test Email – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org
And can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.

Thanks for the update and the system report.
Scheduled emails depend on the core feature of WordPress, WP-Cron, to work.
If you want to make sure that WP Cron jobs are regularly triggered on your MainWP Dashboard, you can Authorize the Uptime Robot service and add your dashboard site as a monitor. The Uptime Robot will ping your dashboard site regularly and make sure that all scheduled events are occurring.
I did that. If the problem keeps occurring I’ll reach out to you again.
