I have a recurring pro report for a group, consisting of 6 websites. Some are sent, others not. Not to the customer, not to the CC Email (which is me) I can’t spot the difference in settings between sent and not sent websites.
Any suggestions?
Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Status → Server, on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
Below the System Report but before that some questions.
In the my MainWP site i have both Client Reports and Pro Reports. Both. Is that correct?

Hi Marco,
Can you please update the extension to version 4.0.6 and see if the latest version works better?
Done! In fact i updated all (except for auto updates) because i found that if i clik on “Check for updates” it doesn’t see updates. FTPéd all new versions:
Advanced Uptime Monitor Extension Version 5.1.3
MainWP Branding Extension Version 4.0.2.1
MainWP Client Reports Extension Version 4.0.9
MainWP Custom Dashboard Version 4.1.7
MainWP Maintenance Extension Version 4.0.2.1
MainWP Pro Reports Extension Version 4.0.6
MainWP Sucuri Extension Version 4.0.8.1
WPvivid Backup MainWP Version 0.9.20
In “Preview report” they all appear. Now we wait for the 1st of the month and see if they are all sent. Thanks for pointing out that i needed to update.
In my site i have Client Reports AND Pro reports. Do i need them both? Or should i delete Client Reports?
Hi guys, +1 for me, I would love to know the answer to @Marco’s question too – do we need both, or does the Pro Reports work on its own without the Client Reports extension?
Cheers,
Terry Chadban
@Terry_Chadban & @Marco - You do not need both.
MainWP Pro Reports & MainWP Client Report Extension are two separate plugins for MainWP. Client Reports is a “Turn Key Solution” and MainWP Pro Reports is designed to be “Extendable” via custom PHP Templates.
I hope this clears up any confusion.
Okay, i deleted the standard Client Reports and kept PRO Reports. Maybe that was a cause of “some sent some not”. We’ll see on the first of the month. Thanks for the help !
I experienced the same since I started using pro reports several months ago (April), but for the first time all 20 clients I set up with my web care reports all sent. Here is a copy of my system logs as well for reference.
I have disabled the built in WP cron (via wp-config.php), and use a separate Cron job via cPanel to run the WP cron every 30 minutes which may have helped " wget -q -O - https://yourdomain.com/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron>/dev/null 2>&1
Edit"

Thanks for the contribution. I’m sure sombody will find this useful
This right here is most likely why it’s now sending. Since MainWP runs of of WP_Cron by default there needs to be external traffic on the MainWP Dashboard in order for the crons to fire off. To do this we usually instruct users to setup an external monitor service that can ping the site such as uptime robot.
