Scanning error and debug logs

Is there a way to be advised when error_log or debug.log files have been created or appended to, both for WP and PHP?
Visiting each client’s hosting and scanning through the folders to look for these files is quite a tedious process.
I don’t think there is a way to do it via MainWP, but is there any other efficient way?
