Hi there,

I am having issues connecting my dashboard to a child website. There are no firewall rules preventing connection to the child website. I have other child websites connected to the dashboard so it seems isolated to this specific website.

No security plugins are running on the child website. It is being hosted on a Plesk instance.

The only thing I see wrong in your reports is that WP is outdated. Try updating it and see if that helps .

If not then Disable plugins / themes & reenable one by one till it breaks again.
