I have an issue, MainWP shows there is an update, i then let MainWP do the update, yet it does not show it’s completed. When i visit the site i see the update did happen.
When i close this screen it reloads and shows 0 updates left after…

It seems you have a Regression Testing add-on installed, and that it may be getting stuck on that part, at least visually.
Can you temporarily deactivate it and see if that fixes this pop-up?

Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server (your-mainwp-dashboard.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ServerInformation), on the top right of the page.
