When opening changelog: "accordion is not a function" error in browser console

Please check the browser console when opening a changelog by clicking a plugin or version number. You’ll see an error like:

I don’t think it’s blocking anything, but it might have some unwanted results.
I’m using 4.1.6 release of both dashboard and child, but I don’t know if this happened before already.

I will have our dev team check this.
I didn’t notice this on my test setup, but I will have them try to duplicate it.

It’s shown every time you open a changelog, not if you only load the update plugins page.
For now it’s a low prio issue…
