I finally got it.
Key-Field “Settings-URL” was “wp-admin/options-general.php” instead of “wp-admin/options-general.php?page=smartarchivepageremovesettings”
Seems the MainWP Key Maker Plugin does not set the GET parameter ‘page’ correctly
