Just to briefly follow up on this.
Dennis’ advice is good and you should try contacting the hosting support and have them investigate any potential certificate issues.
In case there’s a problem with the certificate, it should be addressed.
However, as a workaround, you can try toggling off the Verify SSL certificate option to see if that helps with adding the site:
