@DuerrSteidle, it seems that the loopback connections are dissabled on your server. See here:
This means that sites on the server cannot communicate between each other.
Can you contact your host support and have enable the loopback connections? It can also be that some server-side security rule is causing this problem and blocking self-connect request. They should be able to identify this.
