Depending on the reason for the update failures, it may be possible to log those failures with Activity Log for MainWP extension and the accompanying plugin WP Activity Log.
However, it’s also possible that the updates are failing due to insufficient system requirements of the server of the Dashboard site, the server of the child sites, or the settings of the MainWP Dashboard.
Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for us to review and if possible, offer recommendations?
The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.
