Bug:
Since updating to v6 we get mail that all child sites are up to date, which after a few days seemed weird. Just logged in and can see 101! updates!
Just letting you know.
PS I see all notifications from mainwp that v6 would be so much quicker (dashbiard etc) but we’re not seeing that at all, possibly even the opposite. How can we get this to perform as you seem to say it should be?
Just noticed that the number of updates changes once we go to the update page .. from 101 to 100 … just so you know.

We haven’t been able to reproduce this on our side, and so far, we haven’t received other reports of this behavior either.
One possibility is that the Dashboard may not have synced with the child sites until the moment you logged in. If that happened, the updates would only appear after that sync ran.
This can occur if the regular WP-Cron on the Dashboard site isn’t being triggered consistently, or if automatic syncing isn’t enabled.
What I’d suggest is keeping an eye on the upcoming daily digest emails to see if they reflect the updates correctly going forward. If the issue repeats, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to dig deeper.
