On Friday around 60% of our sites have become disconnected from the mailwp dashboard.
I cannot see any patterns as to why they are disconnected i.e. they are on different servers and different security plugins.
I have tried disabling all plugins on a child site and turning off S7 security rules but no luck.
Do you have any ideas?
Could it be something to do with Friday’s outage?

What error message do you get when you try to reconnect those sites?
Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.

The error reporting doesn’t seem to be working but I do get the error “DataTables warning: table id=mainwp-error-log-table - Requested unknown parameter ‘1’ for row 0, column 1. For more information about this error, please see 4. Warning: Requested unknown parameter”.

But what I meant was, what message do you see in the Dashboard UI, not in the debug log, when you try to reconnect those sites?
Another thing you can check is the Custom Event Monitor built into the Dashboard (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ActionLogs).
Set it to Debug, as seen in the screenshot, delete any existing logs, and then try to reconnect one of the sites.
Then please share with us the content of the log, with any any identifiable
and sensitive information retracted.

It seems like the MainWP Child plugin cannot be detected, possibly because a security rule is blocking the connection from the Dashboard site.
Would you mind opening a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further?

To provide an update to this -
The connection to these sites was blocked by Cloudflare.
IPv6 addresses of some of the site’s servers were incorrectly geolocated as belonging to countries that were being blocked in Cloudflare.
