About the new dashboard - switch of 2 widgets to make more sense

Hello,
Is it possible to switch Database with Abandoned plugins? So it makes more sense between active/essential and others/not-essential.

Unfortunately, this is not possible at this time.

The action we use for the Database Updates card is triggered after all default elements.
