Added extensions and now they're not showing

I installed 1 extension.

The “Install purchased extensions” interface didn’t disappear - and I saw a couple others that looked interesting so I added those 2.

They are not appearing on the back end in my list of extensions. So I tried to install again.

Now I get, “folder_exists - /home3/mainwp/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mainwp-maintenance-extension/”

Put up a ticket? How do I resolve this one?

Hi Steve, can you check the WP > Plugins page on your dashboard site and see if the extensions are installed but deactivated? If yes, you can simply activate them in there.
