Added Users are not on the User List

I’ve added a user, they do not show up on the user list and they are unable to login.

When I try to add them again, I get a message that the user ID is already being used.

Any idea as to why this is happening and how to fix this issue would be appreciated.

Are you adding a user on the WP site where the MainWP Dashboard is installed, or are you using MainWP Dashboard to add a user on one of your child sites?

Do you have any plugins installed for managing WP roles or WP users that might be interfering?

Trying to add a user from the MainWP dashboard to manage multiple websites.
