I have needed to sign up here to query why this service is soooo buggy! My wife runs a number of sites with this tool installed and right now she is unable to use ANY OF THEM as they have all disconnected. Getting errors saying unable to connect to child site and HTTP error unable to resolve host.
Can someone in this company actually get this thing in a working and stable state once and for all!!!
Before you say check with your host, there are child sites from mulitple hosting services, plus there were all working up until half an hour ago, My guess is you have pushed a new version and broken something
a) Did you or your wife make any changes to the MainWP Dashboard or child sites (e.g., updates to plugins, themes, or WordPress core) shortly before the disconnections started?
b) Could you share the exact error messages you’re seeing when you try to reconnect the child sites?
c) Could you confirm the version of the MainWP Dashboard and the MainWP Child plugins you’re currently running?
