Hi There,

When I try to update this plugin through the Wordpress Dashboard, I get this error.

An error occurred while updating MainWP Clean and Lock Extension: Download failed. Forbidden

The extension is activated correctly in MainWP.

Hi Jon,

Can you try the following:

  1. Deactivate/reactivate the extension on WP > Plugins > Installed Plugins page
  2. Activate the extension license
  3. Try to run the update again
