Hi everyone, I’m new and just installed MAINWP. I’m getting errors like “Undefined error. Please try again.” I’d like to see what’s happening in the logs, but in “System info → Error log” I get this message:
MainWP is unable to find your error logs. Please contact your host for server error logs.
I followed this guide but to no avail.
Can anyone help me?

Where are you seeing these errors, “Undefined error. Please try again.”? Can you please provide a screenshot?
Generally speaking, very few MainWP-specific issues will be logged in the WordPress debug log, unless there is a major issue with the code.
The easiest way to see the WordPress debug logs would be with a plugin such as this one: Debug Log Manager – Conveniently Monitor and Inspect Errors – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org
MainWP itself has its own logging, which is available on this page: your-mainwp-dashboard.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ActionLogs

What API Backups provider is that child site using?
Did you configure the API Backups (wp-admin/admin.php?page=SettingsApiBackups) as instructed in our docs (Manage Backups - MainWP Documentation)?
And can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server (your-mainwp-dashboard.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ServerInformation), on the top right of the page.

The issue was related to the Plesk URL. It contained a trailing /.
We will improve handling Plesk URLs in a future Dashboard release.
