API Backups Version 4.0-beta5 vs Version 4.05

API Backups Version 4.0-beta5 was released on 10/5/2023 but advertised as version 4.05. Because of that, even a site that is up to date is reporting that we have an update. Someone should change the advertised version to match the version we download.

The issue has been resolved by setting the version of the API Backups extension to 4.0.06.
