Hello! We are having problems applying branding options to a child site and have tried applying branding options several times and even added/removed the site with no luck. There are no useful errors generated within the dashboard or child site. Would there be an error log for this? How can we debug?

Can you please check that you’re using the latest version of MainWP Child plugin (4.4.0.4) on your child sites?
And can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.

Also- the branding does apply to some child sites, but we are having problems with one of them.
Thanks for the system report.
It seems that you are using a very old version of the White Label extension. From back when it was called Branding.
Please remove that version, install the latest White Label extension v4.0.13, and see if the resolves the issue.
