Is this possible ?
I want to integrate this with my existing CRM & Support ticket center, so the stuff can have a button and clicking on it will auto login them to client website to give support … I don’t want to give each stuff a MainWP account, and this will let them each time go to mainwp, search for the site, then login, or I just don’t want them to know about MainWP at all.

We don’t have API calls for something like this, and unfortunately, this is not possible right now.

Please have a look at our Team Control extension. It allows you to create your Team and enables you to assign access privileges to specific child sites, dashboard functions, and MainWP Extensions.
While it won’t give you direct access like you would want, perhaps it might be useful.
