Best bulk backup extension to use with Microsoft One Drive?

I am thinking of using my One Drive account as backup storage for my sites, and as far as I have seen I have Updraft and WPvivid to choose from.

Has anyone got any experience using any of the above - or others, with One Drive? And if not - which of the two extension would you say is the best in general?

All In One Migration has a OneDrive option. It works terrific.
