I installed the Cache control extension and synced my child sites.
On the Logs page, all my sites say “disabled” under status.
I have WP Fastest cache plugin installed and enabled on all child sites. It was set up weeks ago on all sites.
I also see all say “Never purged”, but plugins have been updated.
Any help is appreciated.

I cannot reproduce this on my Dashboard.
WP Fastest Cache is recognized as a caching solution, and Last Purged date is updating appropriately:
Is caching enabled in the WP Fastest Cache settings?
And can you please check if you’re using the latest versions of the MainWP Dashboard, MainWP Child plugin, and Cache Control extension?
