Cannot delete a User Role from the Team Control plugin

I go to the Edit Role / Manage Permissions popup to change the user role information. When I click save I get an error saying “Role could not be found.” I also cannot see this role in the WP-Admin User role dropdown anymore. How can I boot this user role from MainWP?

FIXED

I found the tsv_mainwp_roles database entry and deleted from there.
