Can't connect after disabling cache and security

Hi I cannot reconnect a site that I have had for years, I disabled ithemes security and wprobot, cloudflare is disabled for proxy just holding nameservers, if I disable all plugins and can connect, will it lose connection again once I enable them? Not sure how to proceed

If I understand correctly, when you disable all plugins on the child site, you can connect it. If that is correct, I think that some plugin is causing some kind of a conflict.

Can you try to reactivate plugins on the site one-by-one and sync the child site after each plugin? If connection drop, we will know which plugin is causing the conflict.
