Can't connect new Google Analytics property to MainWP Google Analytics add-on

I created a new Google Analytics property last week and it’s still not showing in my Google Analytics add-on within MainWP. I’ve tried refreshing data numerous times, but no luck. I have about 50 other properties connected, and it’s never been an issue in the past.

Would appreciate any advice anyone has on this issue.

Hey @justinheck

Welcome to the MainWP community!

Did you add the GA account that contains that property using JSON Key import or using Sign in with Google?

And can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server (your-mainwp-dashboard.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ServerInformation), on the top right of the page.

Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:

Hi @bojan ,

Thanks for your response! I added the GA account using sign in with Google. I also have numerous other properties in that same GA account connected to MainWP without issue. It’s just this one property that seems to be causing an issue.

Here is my system report:

Thanks for the additional info.

In that case, refreshing the data should make that new property appear.

I’m sending you a pre-release of the GA add-on via a direct message that might help resolve this.
