Can't find "Groups" page

Please tell me how to find the “Groups” function as mentioned here, because I can’t see it in my dashboard.

The Groups were renamed to Tags some time ago, but the functionality is unchanged.

We have no fixed that old KB article, and it redirects to the new one: Manage Sites - MainWP WordPress Management
