Can't reach sites on Page 2

Good morning!

I am having problems accessing sites on the second page of my MainWP Dashboard. I can access the sites if I immediately go to the second page upon loading the dashboard. If I click the WordFence Plugin icon to check a site I am then unable to access page 2 sites. An error message shows “No Matching Records Found” while the records list shows “Showing 26 to 29 of 29 entries”.

Hey @jminedew

Welcome to the MainWP community!

Clicking on the Wordfence icon should open Scan Results for that child site.

What exactly happens for you when you click the WF icon?

Can you check the console in the browser dev tools and see if anything related to MainWP is being shown?

Thank you so much for your help with this.

Clicking the WordFence Icon does check the child site for issues. Once the scan is finished the list of sites is no longer accessible. I have tried purging the cache, refreshing the browser, logging out and logging back in. These actions to not fix the problem. The problem seems to reset itself overnight and I can access the Page 2 results again. The Browser Console is not showing any issues.

There were no issues reaching the page 2 results until I changed to the MainWP Early release version so It has to be something with Early Release version.

I saw that you were using ER in your system report, so I also ran my test in ER.

However, I couldn’t reproduce it.

In the Manage Sites table, I click on the WF icon, wait until the scan is done, and then manually navigate back to Sites > Manage Sites. There, I am able to navigate to Page 2.

Can you try switching the theme to Dark and then back to Light?

Based on your screenshot, it may seem that your Dashboard is stuck on one of our classic pre-v6 themes.

Also, please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except for the MainWP Dashboard and Wordfence add-on just so we can eliminate any potential conflicts.

If it still doesn’t work, please open a private Help Desk ticket, and we will gladly look into this: https://mainwp.com/my-account/get-support/
