Categories Not Loading When Selecting Individual Sites in MainWP Dashboard

Hello MainWP Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I’m reaching out regarding an issue that started recently (within the last 1–2 days). When publishing posts through the MainWP Dashboard and selecting categories, I’ve noticed an unexpected behavior:

When I select an individual site (as shown in the first screenshot), no categories appear under the Sites tab.

However, when I select a specific tag group that contains the same sites, the categories load normally (as shown in the second screenshot).

This issue is new — I’ve been using MainWP for over two years without experiencing this problem. All plugins, child sites, and the MainWP Dashboard are fully updated and running on the current version.

For reference:

PHP Version: 8.4

Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue or how to resolve it?

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,

Great, glad to hear it’s working, and thanks for testing it out.

The fix will be included in the next release, and you are free to use the ZIP I sent you until then.
