I have a Client site that was recently rebuilt and now the MainwWP dashboard cannot connect and the child plugin on the Client Site end keeps deactivating.

The MainWP Child plugin was designed to deactivate automatically after a certain period if the connection is not established.
What error message do you get when you try to connect the site?
Have you tried clearing the connection data in the MainWP Child plugin?
Looks like I finally figured this out - it was Virusdie’s firewall that was blocking attempts from my Agency MainWP IP address, which I have now whitelisted.
The weird thing about this is, I use Virusdie on every Client site and none of them have presented this issue.
Anyhoo, something to look out for and I will be whitelisting the IP for every other site!!
