Im trying to add exclusions to the Child report settings. They are not saved, only the third dropdown with ‘Updates’ is saved. Also on each save a new blank set of exclusion options is added.
Also deleting these individual (or bulk delete) the exclusion rows is not working. Is this a known bug? There are no errors appearing in the apache log files.

Can you please check if you’re using the latest MainWP Child (v5.1) and Child Reports (v2.2)?
I am, in fact, seeing some issues with adding multiple rows of exclusions, but I cannot reproduce your specific issues of only the third column being saved and not being able to delete the rows.
