Clicking the "Sites" Number in Cost Tracker Column Lists All Sites

After assigning a cost in the new Cost Tracker to several different sites, it’s difficult to see which sites have been assigned. If I click on the number in the “Sites” column of the Cost Tracker, I am taken to the screen that lists all sites instead of just listing the sites that have been assigned to the cost.
