I was a very active user back in the days when the old forum was still online. I really enjoy using the facebook group but this Community tool here seems like a place that enables us to provide more details and manage issues in a more elegant, professional and focused way.

That thing just got out of hand as we grew. We didn’t have enough resources for the forum, tickets and to keep developing. TIme’s change and Discourse makes moderation SO much easier and we have more of support staff so this should be much smoother.
