I’ve seen the warning when I left open the MainWP Dashboard and after some hours I reload the dashboard in my browser. At least 2 hours it stays idle and then I reload it and the warning appears.
That “Insecure Request” warning might be due to a session timeout or a security check failure.
To narrow it down, open your browser’s Developer Tools (F12) and check the Console and Network tabs when the warning appears.
Look for any session expiration or security token errors. If you find any, feel free to paste them here (removing private info), and we’ll help troubleshoot.
Also, double-check your site’s HTTPS settings to ensure there’s no mixed HTTP/HTTPS content.
You might also want to temporarily disable any security or firewall plugins to see if they’re blocking requests.
If logging out and back in clears the warning, it’s likely just a session timeout.

As @dennis pointed out, please check your Console in the Developer Tools and let us know if you see any warnings or errors.
Additionally, can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server (your-mainwp-dashboard.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ServerInformation), on the top right of the page.
