Delay updates for. X days and send notification to client

Hi,

I am still looking for a solid solution to:

  1. Delay any updates on my client websites for X days
  2. Only update every 2 weeks - or every month (Every X days)
  3. WHEN plugins and WP are updated - send a detailed update notification to my client

I have seen this https://newcom.mainwp.com/t/how-to-send-custom-persistent-updateable-admin-notifications-to-select-child-sites-from-mainwp-dashboard/3940 - but I am not sure if it covers my need - and if it is it still working. And haven’t there been developed anything newer and smarter since 2021?
