Does the Patchstack Addon Support 3rd Party Integrations

I have some websites that use Patchstack but through a 3rd party integration (xCloud).

I have my API key but when I installed the addon it said it didn’t find any sites with the PatchStack plugin. These sites do have a patchstack plugin (I am not sure if it is customized though).

Should the addon work for this type of integration? If not do you plan to support it soon?

Right now, the Patchstack add-on does not support these kinds of integrations. But I don’t believe it should be too difficult to implement this.

We reviewed this with our developers and, at this time, we will not be implementing support for the xCloud Patchstack integration in the Patchstack add-on.

This setup does not match how the add-on is currently designed to work, and supporting it would require custom changes specifically for this use case. Since this appears to be an isolated xCloud case for now, we are not planning to pursue it at this time.

If we receive more requests for xCloud support in the future, we can revisit it.

Thanks for your teams time of looking into this and working on the add-on.

Hopefully in the future more people will request this and you will be able to work with xCloud to figure out an implementation.
