Seeing the following in my error logs:

WordPress database error Duplicate key name ‘index_site_object_id’ for query ALTER TABLE wp_mainwp_wp_logs ADD INDEX index_site_object_id (site_id, object_id)

The team believes these error messages may be a one-time occurrence possibly due to user-made tweaks in the Database.

Do you see any recent occurrences of this error?
If so, do they occur frequently and/or periodically?

Yes I see it on my local environment constantly.
Frequently and periodically.
