Exempt disconnected site from digest email

Is there any way to exempt a deliberately disconnected child site form the digest email without removing the child site from MainWP?

The site in question is disconnected because it has been administratively disabled on the web server. I’d like to keep it in MainWP, but would prefer not to receive reports about it being disconnected. Is there any way to accommodate such a configuration?
