I have the perfect use case to distribute posts to multiple child sites using MainWP but when I create posts using either Content Operations > Manage Posts or the Article Uploader (.txt version) I am unable to get the Featured Image to publish to the child site. All other areas (title, body, excerpt, categories, etc.) are all Posting very quickly to the child sites I select and any body area images are successfully added as part of the post. It is only the featured image that does not work.
I use GridPane as my server management tool and spun up a vanilla WP install that only has Classic editor and MainWP child installed on the default theme. I am not seeing any errors in the NGINX error logs or anything being blogged via Cloudflare

From MainWP > Sites > Content Operations > Manage Posts, can you try reproducing this issue with a small JPG file? This will help us rule out problems related to file type or file size.

Does this happen only with some child sites or with all?
Are they all on the same host?

When you’re creating a post with a featured image, is the post itself created successfully and only the featured image fails, or does the whole post creation fail?
The issue was caused by the MainWP Dashboard being behind a Cloudflare proxy.
This made it impossible for the child sites to fetch the images from the MainWP Dashboard.
