Google analytics data is missing in Rpo report

Sending out the reports February 2026 all the Google data is missing. If I open google analytics there is data.

Unfortunately, this is the case for all customers using Google Analytics.

Do you mean that the data is present on analytics.google.com, or that it’s present in the MainWP Google Analytics add-on?

Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server (your-mainwp-dashboard.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ServerInformation), on the top right of the page.

I can see data in analytics.google.com and on all individual websites. However, in MainWP Google Analytics, I do not see any data, but rather the message “No Google Analytics data available.”

Thanks for the system report.

You have two of our retired add-ons installed, Client Reports and Page Speed. They have been retired for years now, and we strongly recommend that you remove them as we cannot guarantee compatibility with our other products.

Client Reports has been replaced by Pro Reports and Page Speed by Ligthouse.

Thanks. So the issue is that you are not seeing GA data in the Google Analytics add-on, and in the Pro Reports add-on.

Can you navigate to Add-ons > Google Analytics > Settings, and then click Save Settings? After the page refresh, click Refresh Data.

Then see if you’re able to see the GA data in the MainWP Dashboard.

I have removed the two plugins. Via settings in Google Analytics Save and Refresh, but unfortunately no data is displayed.
I hope I don’t have to go through all the steps again to add an account.
The message Please ensure you have connected your Google Analytics account and assigned GA properties to your MainWP sites to view analytics data keeps reappearing.
It seems that the settings were lost when upgrading to Version 6.

I hope I don’t have to go through all the steps again to add an account.

I don’t believe so. At most, you will have to re-create a JSON key from Google Cloud, and there is also a new OAuth option added in v6.0, where you can just Sign in With Google instead of importing the JSON keys.
