Helpdesk ticket

In the past weeks, I have tried multiple times to submit a helpdesk ticket through my account. Unfortunately, I am not getting any response. I have tried to include as much information as possible in the ticket, including server and client information. Is anyone else having problems with this?

Can you please check if our emails are ending in your Spam? They are being sent out from [email protected].

Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any email yet, not even in spam. I also sent an email directly to [email protected]. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a reply to that either.

To provide an update to the community on this -

Our helpdesk system has a universal bounce list (not account specific), and @mulx’s email ended up on that bounce list years ago, even before we started using that helpdesk system.

Their support had to manually remove the email from that bounce list and the issue is now resolved.
