Is there an extension to track google search rankings or an integration with a plugin that can provide this?
It would also be great to be able to include that in a client report.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer an out-of-the-box solution for that.
We saw that you created a suggestion for it on our feedback site, and we appreciate it. That way, others can vote for it, letting us know which features our users want the most.
