How do I change the sequence in the list of websites in the websites´ dashboard into a custom order (means: not by alphabetical or other rules, but totally free)?

If you’re referring to the table on the Manage Sites page, unfortunately, the sites cannot be manually ordered.
The table can only be sorted (ascending or descending) by its columns, such as Sites, Clients, Updates, etc.
