When I add a post with an image from the MainWP dashboard, on my child site I can see the image loaded from the main domain (where I have the MainWP dashboard)
There is any possibility to add a post from the MainWP dashboard with an image where an image will be loaded from the child site?

By default, MainWP should transfer a media file to child sites and the file should be loaded directly from the child site.
I am not sure what is causing this behavior on your setup.
Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Status → Server, on the top right of the page.

It looks like there is some security rule on the dashboard site:
most likely HTTP Basic Auth and this could be blocking child sites when attempt to download image files.
Can you try to disable this temporarily and see if that helps?

I believe that you can set the same kind of protection by using the Clean and Lock extension without breaking this functionality.
