Impossible to reconnect website

i have a problem to reconnect a website, it’s impossible
i have a message error but i don’t understand it
Unfortunately, Microsoft has added a clever new - “feature” to Internet Explorer. If the text of - an error’s message is “too small”, specifically - less than 512 bytes, Internet Explorer returns

@Jean_David : It seems this more of a webserver configuration issue. I tried to visit the website and got an access denied message so that needs to be addressed first before you can connect and add your site to MainWP dashboard.
